Physical performance characteristics of Textile Ceramic Discs:

  1. High temperature resistance:
    Some textile processes may involve high-temperature environments, such as heat treatment of yarn. The ceramic materials used in textile ceramic discs mostly have good high-temperature resistance. For example, silicon nitride ceramics can still maintain stable mechanical properties at high temperatures without softening or deforming, enabling the disc to adapt to various different textile processes and broadening its application range.
  2. Low density:
    Compared with similar parts made of some metal materials, the density of textile ceramic discs is usually lower.   1. High chemical stability:
    Ceramic materials have strong tolerance to common chemical substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts. In the textile production process, even if in contact with textile auxiliaries (such as dye liquor in the dyeing process, which may contain acidic or alkaline substances), chemical reagents for cleaning, or in a workshop environment with certain corrosive gases, textile ceramic discs will not react chemically with them and be corroded or damaged.
  2. Good oxidation resistance:
    When exposed to an aerobic environment such as air for a long time, textile ceramic discs will not be prone to oxidation reactions like some metal materials. There will be no situations such as the generation, thickening, or peeling of oxide films that affect their performance and appearance.
