Exquisite Craftsmanship, Widely Applied Across Industries

Surface Treatment of Products:

Polishing: We offer customized polishing services, ensuring products meet the desired level of cleanliness. Additionally, we can perform grinding or sandblasting treatments as per specific customer requirements.

Glazing: Through surface glazing, our ceramic products not only resist contamination and facilitate easy cleaning but also exhibit reduced wear when in contact with metals, plastics, and other materials. With a temperature tolerance of up to 1500℃, the glaze maintains high brightness without air bubbles.

Coating: The development of various special coatings, including traditional Gr2O3 and multiple composite coatings, enhances the ceramic surface’s pressure resistance and suppresses secondary electron impact.

Manufacturing of Product Components:

Metalization Process: We employ Mo-Mn metalization technology to achieve the bonding of metalized layers with ceramics, suitable for welding metals and ceramics in ultra-high vacuum environments. Ceramic components comprise 95%-99.9% aluminum oxide, with a metalization thickness of 30±10μm, nickel layer thickness of 4-12μm, and an average tensile strength exceeding 100MPa.
