Custom Ceramic Power Feedthroughs for High-Voltage and High-Current Applications
Transferring electrical power through a vacuum chamber or sealed enclosure requires a feedthrough that can handle the electrical load while maintaining insulation and sealing integrity. An undersized conductor or poorly matched connection interface may cause excessive heating, unstable electrical contact, or premature joint failure.
Reliable Power Transmission and Insulation
Ceramic power feedthroughs combine conductive metal pins with ceramic insulation and a metal mounting structure. The ceramic separates energized conductors from the housing, while the conductor material and cross-sectional area are selected to meet the required current and temperature limits.
Copper conductors may be suitable for high-current transmission, depending on the operating conditions and connection design. Where the assembly also requires hermetic sealing, ceramic-to-metal brazing can be evaluated as part of the joining solution.

Flexible Electrical and Mounting Configurations
Depending on the equipment, configurations may include single-pin or multi-pin assemblies, solderable connections, welded interfaces, and CF, KF, or threaded mounting options.
Meetcera’s custom vacuum feedthrough solutions can be evaluated when power transmission must be combined with vacuum sealing requirements.
